Marin County BLS CPR Certification/Renewal Class
BLS CPR Description
The American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider CPR (AHA BLS for the HCP, BCLS) course covers CPR, choke-saving, 2 person CPR, bag valve mask, and AED (defibrillator use) for all age groups (adults, children, & infants). This BLS course is for recertification (renewal) or first time students.
Length: 4 hours
Cost: $80 (cash or check made out to STS, NO CREDIT CARDS)
Payment: You can pay on the day of your BLS CPR class.
Certification: American Heart Association
Card: Valid 2 years. Receive card on day of class.

Marin County CPR classes is an official American Heart Association BLS Training Center (AHA – CA20784). This means we can issue the certification cards on the day of the class, as opposed to other CPR schools who mail out the card, which can take up to 30 days for you to receive.
Audience: Doctors, nurses, nursing students, dentists, EMTs, paramedics, lifeguards, massage therapists, acupuncturists, physical therapists, or anyone in the medical field or healthcare field or going into the medical/healthcare field.

American Heart Association BLS CPR Book
You will receive the American Heart Association BLS for the Healthcare Provider book on the day of the class.
Marin BLS CPR Classroom
We will have coffee, tea, soda, water, and granola bars. The American Heart Association BLS CPR instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, & supportive and I am sure you will have a nice time.
English as a Second Language
The AHA BLS classes are video driven so even if English is your second language, you will do fine. Our BLS instructors will help you during the practice sessions and the training classes are very stress-free. We have instructors who speak Danish, Swedish, Spanish, and French.
Online BLS Classes in Marin County
Warning. There are a lot of scams for online BLS renewal courses. These online courses are not accepted for any type of Marin County BLS certification. Basically, you go to one of these online BLS websites, put in your credit card number, and then print out your BLS card. There is no practice on manikins, no tests, no reading, and no BLS videos. Do you think online BLS CPR classes are valid? Please, don’t get scammed. Take an official American Heart Association BLS class.
Infants & Children
Infants and children are not allowed in the classroom. Only people who are attending the class are allowed in the BLS classroom.
After you register for this BLS certification class
We will email you a confirmation letter a few days before the class with all the details (check your spam folder). Please arrive to class 10 minutes before start time.
If you need to cancel your Marin BLS course
No worries. Remember you only pay for the BLS CPR class if you attend, but please email us back if you cannot attend so we can give your place to someone else.
